Bring your ideas to the table and we’ll help guide you on choosing a style of home that fits your aesthetic and vision. Once this has been established we would be happy to recommend houseplans.

HCB will provide an estimate based on your budget, wants and needs. Together we will complete a detailed specification questionnaire. We utilize this information and all documents provided to establish an accurate cost basis for all aspects of construction: from initial plan cost thru delivery of your new home.

We will present a thorough bid and construction timeline. We include everything up front in the bid including specifications and budgets.

Every cent spent on your house will be accounted for, including overhead and profit. There will be no hidden fees, no kickbacks, no substitution of inferior materials, no shoddy workmanship, and no shortcuts!
